Service for landlords
Our service is designed to find you a tenant whilst looking after your interests as a landlord.
We know that each client's requirement is different and therefore tailor our service to suit you. We offer a letting only service or can undertake a full property management service.
Letting only
We look after everything that is needed up to the point that your new tenant moves in. This includes obtaining references, drawing up the tenancy agreement, arranging for a professional inventory as well as giving advice on the checking of gas and electrical appliances and fire & furnishing regulations.
Full property management
Our full management service means just that – we take care of everything. Once we have the tenant in place and moved in we will carry out periodic inspections of the property and report back to you, deal with all minor repairs and maintenance, arrange collection of the rent, serve notice as and when you need the property back. When your tenant leaves we will carry out a full check out report and deal with any dilapidations and arrange return of the deposit.
We will also advise on the tenants' deposit scheme and all other legal requirements.
